Privacy notice

Last updated: 14 July 2026

This notice explains what happens to personal data you send us through this website. Narvi is a research and development project run jointly by Freshmedica and Code & Quest. We collect as little as we can, and we only use it to reply to you.

Who is responsible for your data

Freshmedica and Code & Quest are joint controllers of the data submitted through the enquiry form on this site. You can reach us at pawel@freshmedica.pl or pawel.kosinski@codeandquest.co.uk.

What we collect

If you complete the enquiry form, we receive:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your clinic or organisation, country and role, if you choose to give them
  • The topics you tick as being interested in, and any message you write
  • The language version of the site you used, and the date and time you submitted

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to have the conversation you asked for. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and developing the Narvi project (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is handled by service providers acting on our instructions:

  • Cloudflare — hosts this website, stores submitted enquiries, and runs the anti-spam check on the form (which processes your IP address for security purposes)
  • Resend — delivers the enquiry to us as an email notification
  • Our email provider — where the enquiry lands in our inboxes and is read by the Narvi team

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and to maintain the resulting relationship, and no longer than three years from our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time (which does not affect anything done before you withdrew it). To exercise any of these, email us at the address above and we will action it.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) in Poland, or to the supervisory authority where you live.

Cookies and site storage

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking of any kind. The Polish version stores one item in your browser to remember that you confirmed you were visiting in a professional capacity, so that it does not ask you again. Nothing else is stored, and nothing is sent to us. Our fonts are served from this site, not from Google.
